Film Review - Monty Python and the Holy Grail
We are the knights who say ... Pass the popcorn!
Well after playing on the BBC for a few years, Monty Python makes its big screen debut doing what they do best, poking fun at British society.
The legend of King Arthur takes a big left turn -- everything from how to tell a King from a commoner (A king hasn't got shit all over him) to learning the air speed velocity of an unladen swallow. (You have to know these things when you're king, you know.)
This was wonderful fun that has become an icon on American college campuses. You no longer can get a four-year degree without seeing this film. There's not much of the Arthur legend left, but it is great fun.
