A Syracuse, NY man has been arrested for pleasuring himself in the coffee cups of female coworkers. Office workers became suspicious when he kept asking them, "Coffee, tea or me?" and "Who wants another cup of Joe?" (Jim Barach -- WTVH Syracuse, NY)
