Gone!

The INS has ceased to exist and its duties were taken over by the Homeland Security. So the best way to get into the country now is wrap yourself in plastic sheeting, secure it with duct tape and carry a few bottles of water. Everyone will think you work at Wall Mart. (Bill Williams)
