Don't Call Don't Tell

President Bush praised the new, national "Don't Call" registry which allows people to opt-out of getting calls from telemarketers. The President said such calls are "intrusive, annoying and all too common." He also used those same words to describe those long-distance phone company commercials with Carrot Top. (Rhody)
